New cocoa beans and molds in

We have a new organic 2007 Trinatario from the Dominican Republic in. In many ways it is like the Conacado in that they are from the same origin, but the flavor is a bit richer and the prep is a little cleaner. Check out the full review of the “Hispanola”.

I also found a new 2 oz bar mold that I decided to offer. A picture is worth a thousand words. (BTW, if you didn’t know, clicking on the picture will give you a full size version).

  2. Hi Troy, All of our cocoa beans are raw. Just click on the Products link at the top of the page and it will take you there.

    We do not sell pods, nor are they available in the USA to the best of my knowledge.

    Chocolate Alchemy does not sell chocolate. Only the beans and equipment to make your own.

  5. I appologize for re-submitting this, but I can’t seem to get my e-mail to confirms sending this message before. Again, I puchased whole Criollo beans from you last year for use in the chocolates and toffees, etc. i make seasonally. I’m starting make more and to extend my season. I was wondering how long will unshelled, unroasted beans keep?

  7. I’ve always wanted to know how chocolate was made and happened to run across your website. I have ready access to cocoa from Grenada and was wondering if it would be useful for tinkering. Also, you’ve referred to beans from different locales by specific names; can you tell me what Grenadian beans are called?
