    Last year I bought whole Criollo beans from you for use in the chocolates I make. I also now use the nibs as a topping for some of the toffees and brittles I ‘ve started to offer. I was wondering, how long will unsheeled (un-husked?) beans keep?

    I’d appreciate any information you can share with me.

  3. 6 months to a year, if kept cool and dry.
