Welcome to 2021 everyone. I don't have any earth shattering news....and I suspect you'll be relived by that. I know I am. Right? I do though have a few new things. Low key. You're welcome.

I'm going to lead here with a new product I'm really glad to be able to offer. After years of looking around and testing various non-dairy substitutes for a vegan milk chocolate I am super happy to offer an Oat milk powder. I have to tell you, I really wanted to go on about how the oat groats were free range, cage free and milked lovely by had to produce this ethical and kind oat milk powder.....but I just can't keep a straight face about it, so let's just pretend I came up is a wonderful graphic of plump oat groats grazing happily in the sun, and smiling contently while being gently milked.....Cute? Good!

Given the drama about calling a non-dairy product, milk (or, heavens forbid cringe mylk) I'm just going to refer to this as an Oat Powder. It is vegan, non-GMO and kosher. Sadly I can't say no oats were harmed in its making (that is a joke people). What makes this one special is that it has been treated with an enzyme (plant derived or it could not be vegan) to take away the grainy flavor you get from just grinding up oats. You can use it just as you would milk powder 1:1. For the time being I won't be offering it in kits due to limitation in our ecom store. Sorry. I would if I could.

While we are on vegan milk chocolate options, our Better than Milk soy milk powder is back in stock.

And I'll keep the segues going that Ucayali 2020 is also back in stock after a small supply hick up.

Finally, and I missed my self imposed holiday deadline, I'm happy to finally offer a way you can make your own chocolate molds with the Mayku Vacuum Former. It is pretty easy to use. The main hurdle is actually making your own original to make the casting from. At least that was my main issue. Aside from that the learning curve is not too steep and I can't say I had any real issues.
