The year....it isn't 2020 but it also has been a little bumpy. We've run out of few things and have most back in stock now. I wish I could make this more exciting....but I'm not really known for marketing excitement, so we'll just do the facts and just the facts.

It is that time of year again that we must say goodbye to Cocoa butter Silk. We'll be offering it until April 1st, no fooling, and then it that will be it until October and the cooling days of fall.

Our new non-GMO, vegan, kosher Oat powder is now available wholesale.

Ucayali from Peru is now gone until late summer. If you are looking to scale up and interested in full 120 lb bags, please let me know and we'll make sure there is enough for everyone.

Ecuador Cayapas is back but I'm going to be phasing it out. Although it is in my top 10 favorite beans from a flavor perspective, there is just too much debris and foriegn material (including rocks) to deal with it any more. I always sad when this happens. If you are interested in full 69 kg bags, now would be the time to get them.

Belize 2020 is back available after a small supply hick up.

Colombia Arauca is likewise back in stock after some East coast ice storm delays. We are also down to the last pallet of the 2019 stock so get them now if you want them in full bags.

Cocoa butter is back, both Natural and Deodorized. Ditto to the East coast ice storm delays.

We are now offering roasted cocoa husk. Although I'm not a huge fan, many people like it as a tea or as an adjunct when beer brewing.

Finally, we have a limited supply of my favorite Digital Thermometer back in stock.

As a look ahead, we have three new beans are arriving shortly, Colombia, Ecuador (now that La Sofia is gone), and Guatemala. Stay tuned for more details when they arrive.

Oh yeah, and stay tuned for a special Ask the Alchemist this week where the Alchemist just loses his shit….
