Recently I was buying some green coffee for my habit and noticed the vendor (the amazing Sweet Maria’s) was offering a discounted shipping rate and as a fellow small business I asked how they were getting such a good deal. Their response was that they were not and that they didn’t want people missing out on great coffee so they were subsidizing the cost of shipping.
It got me thinking and I realized I had the same feelings about cocoa and chocolate.. I dug into our order and shipping numbers and decided to give this a try. It should be automatic when you check out. There are no fancy codes or conditions you have to meet. It is real simple
Retail Orders $100* or over will get free Economy shipping in the 48 USA States. The shipments will be insured but shipped by whatever the least expensive method is. That is often 8-12 days.

Sadly, I’m not able to automatically offer this outside that shipping area. The costs are too high and my shipping software does not give me the option of discounting shipping…..but….if you ask in the Cart Notes for 10% shipping and your order is $100 or more we’ll be totally happy to deduct that from your payment.
If you need your order faster than Economy you’ll still need to pick the shipping method you want.
On the chance you are doing well and don’t need or want free shipping (I personally didn’t take Sweet Maria’s kind offer as I wanted them to keep offering it) I thank you ahead of time for not picking the free shipping offer and hopefully we can keep the offer in place going forward.

*6/1/23 Update: We are continuing the Free shipping offer for the time being. We have had to cap both Retail and Wholesale orders at $280 as some equipment was slipping through that we could not to include.
