Upcoming Payment Maintenance

We will be upgrading the connection for our credit card payment provider tomorrow starting at 11 am PST, August 7, 2025.  If all goes right (stop laughing) you will not see any interruptions during checkout, or at most, less than an hour.

That said, expect some interruptions and declined payments that have nothing to do with you if you try checking out after 11 am.

“Its not you, its me"

This will affect both the Retail and Wholesale stores.  Just hold tight and maybe if you have been thinking of getting an order in, do it now or at least by 11 am.

We hope to be back up and you won't notice but it could also last hours.  

This should only affect credit cards.  Paypal should remain unaffected.

We'll announce on the website when we think we are operational again.  Please email us if you see any issues AFTER that announcement.
